FAQ’s
What if I have to cancel?
We understand that life happens! Cancel a minimum of 1 week before to avoid a Cancellation Fee of $50.00.
When do I pay?
The balance must be paid in full one week in advance.
Can I add someone last-minute?
Yes, email your coordinator at birthdays@starperformanceacademy.com a minimum of 2 days before.
Do I have to go Star, in order to have a birthday party here?
No! We would love to meet you and host your party - even if it’s your first time at Star!
How do I sign-up?
Your consultation begins by scheduling a time to call or meet with your party planner.
